In this book Dr. Eric gives you simple routines that you can mix and match during the week. For example, you will do glycogen depletion training on days 1 and 3, typically Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday and Thursday you can do light cardio or take as rest days. All you need to do is pick a routine and plug it into your calendar.
