Watch this short video covering everything you need to know about the Primex Assessment Program.
This video covers what’s included, pricing, benefits & more.
You've likely been to doctors who glanced at basic labs, said "everything's in range," and sent you home with a prescription that masks symptoms without solving the problem.
They didn't ask about your training, diet, supplements, stress, or sleep. They don't understand how high-performing bodies actually work. That's not healthcare–that's disease management.
The VIP Cellular Health Assessment was created for people who want real answers–not another prescription. This comprehensive evaluation goes far beyond what mainstream medicine offers, measuring detailed biomarkers that reveal what's actually happening at the cellular level.
When you understand your body's true state–hormones, nutrients, cardiovascular markers, thyroid function, and metabolic health–you finally have the power to take charge of your health with clarity and confidence.
Benefits include:
The average American over 50 takes four or more prescription medications daily–yet chronic disease rates keep climbing. More pills haven't meant more health. The traditional system was built for acute care (emergencies, infections, broken bones), not for helping you thrive.
In mainstream medicine, you wait weeks for a 10-minute appointment where a doctor orders basic labs, declares everything "normal," and hands you a prescription. Your real concerns–fatigue, weight gain, low libido, brain fog–get brushed aside. Root causes remain unaddressed.
The VIP Cellular Health Assessment takes a fundamentally different approach. You receive 45-90 minutes of dedicated consultation time with a provider who actually listens. We measure over 100 biomarkers–not just the basic panels.
We examine your hormones, micronutrients, cardiovascular markers, thyroid function, and metabolic health. And we create a personalized protocol based on your specific labs and goals–not a one-size-fits-all approach.
The VIP Cellular Health Assessment has three primary components:
Many clients call this the "weight off the shoulders" appointment–because for many, it's the first time a medical professional has actually listened to their concerns.
During this consultation, we discuss your key concerns, goals, and priorities. We gather information on your overall background, health history, and your perspective on your health journey so far.
Following your initial consultation, you'll receive the Primex Assessment Lab Panel Kit mailed directly to you. This comprehensive panel includes:
You'll receive instructions for finding a blood draw location near you. Take your unopened lab kit to the site, where they'll draw the necessary blood and send it directly to the lab. Results typically take 3-4 weeks to process.
This is what clients call the "Blitz Appointment" because of the amount of information, education, and recommendations covered. During this telemedicine session, we connect all the dots–mapping your goals, concerns, and priorities to your specific lab results.
Your personalized recommendations will cover three primary areas:
You'll receive a comprehensive written plan of action within 1-2 days after the appointment, documenting everything discussed.
Once you've completed your VIP Cellular Health Assessment, you can decide how to move forward:
Your safety comes first. The VIP Cellular Health Assessment is a diagnostic evaluation–it identifies imbalances and deficiencies so we can create an appropriate treatment plan. Any recommended therapies (hormone optimization, peptide therapy, or prescription medications) are carefully considered based on your individual health profile, medical history, and current medications.
Before recommending any hormonal interventions, we review contraindications including history of hormone-sensitive cancers, blood clotting disorders, severe cardiovascular disease, and liver disease. We coordinate with your existing healthcare providers when appropriate to ensure safe, integrated care.
All lab testing is performed through CLIA-certified laboratories. Prescriptions, when indicated, are written by licensed physicians and filled through licensed pharmacies. We use FDA-approved therapies when available, and compounded medications only when clinically appropriate with proper oversight.
Bottom line: This is physician-directed medicine with your long-term health as the priority–not quick fixes or reckless interventions.
The assessment includes three components: a 45-60 minute initial telemedicine consultation where we discuss your health history, concerns, and goals; a comprehensive lab panel measuring over 100 biomarkers (hormones, micronutrients, thyroid, cardiovascular, and metabolic markers); and a 60-90 minute lab review appointment where we explain your results and provide personalized lifestyle, supplementation, and prescription recommendations. You also receive a detailed written action plan within 1-2 days.
From start to finish, expect approximately 6-8 weeks. After your initial telemedicine consultation, your lab kit ships within a few days. Once you complete the blood draw, lab results take 3-4 weeks to process. We then schedule your lab review appointment, typically within 1-2 weeks of receiving results. The entire assessment involves roughly 2-3 hours of consultation time spread across two appointments.
No. The VIP Cellular Health Assessment is available via telemedicine nationwide. Both consultations can be conducted via secure video call. Your lab kit is mailed directly to you, and you can have your blood drawn at any Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or participating phlebotomy location near you. In-person appointments are available for those in Central Ohio.
Standard primary care labs typically include a basic metabolic panel, lipid panel, and maybe TSH for thyroid. That's roughly 15-20 markers. Our assessment measures over 100 biomarkers including a full micronutrient panel (110+ vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants at the cellular level), comprehensive hormone testing with metabolites, advanced cardiovascular markers beyond basic cholesterol, and complete thyroid function–not just TSH. We also interpret results using optimal ranges, not just "normal" reference ranges that indicate disease absence rather than optimal health.
The VIP Cellular Health Assessment is a cash-pay service and is not billed to insurance. However, many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover the cost. Some of the recommended treatments following the assessment–such as prescription medications–may be covered by your insurance depending on your plan. We can provide documentation for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
That's perfectly fine–and actually quite common. Many clients come to us because their current hormone therapy isn't optimized or they want a more comprehensive evaluation. We'll review your current medications and treatments during the initial consultation, and our lab panel will show us exactly where your levels are. From there, we can make recommendations to optimize your existing protocols or suggest adjustments. We always coordinate with your existing providers when appropriate.
Absolutely not. The VIP Cellular Health Assessment is a standalone service. After completing the assessment, you'll have a comprehensive understanding of your health status and a detailed action plan. You can take that information to any provider you choose. If you want ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization, the VIP Membership Program is available–but it's entirely optional and there's no pressure to continue.
The assessment is designed to identify root causes of common complaints including fatigue, weight loss resistance, low libido, erectile dysfunction, brain fog, mood changes, sleep problems, muscle loss, joint pain, and general feelings of "not being yourself." It's also valuable for optimizing health in those who feel "fine" but want to perform at their best. The assessment can reveal hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction, cardiovascular risk factors, and metabolic issues–often before they become diagnosable diseases.
You'll need to fast for 10-12 hours before your blood draw (water is fine). Schedule your appointment for the morning when possible. If you're on biotin supplements, discontinue them 72 hours before the draw as they can interfere with certain tests. Continue taking all prescription medications as normal unless specifically instructed otherwise. Stay well-hydrated the day before–it makes the blood draw easier. Complete instructions will be included with your lab kit.
You may also want to read about Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Andropause, Perimenopause & Menopause, and Advanced Peptide Therapy since these areas often interact with the conditions identified through comprehensive cellular health assessment.
